Podcast: Reproducing a Black Hole in the Laboratory, and other Quantum Theories

In a recent study, Professor of Â鶹ÒùÔºics and Astronomy Miles Blencowe and his colleagues proposed a new way of creating a reproduction black hole in the laboratory.

As a quantum theorist, this artificial black hole would be on a much, much tinier scale than their celestial counterparts.

In this podcast, Blencowe talks about his research and the importance of understanding the quantum world.
